CTOTF Sponsorship and Vendor Booth Information

The CTOTF 2023 Fall Conference will take place in Prior Lake, MN on September 24-28, 2023. We’ll be at the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, which is the Midwest’s premier resort destination. 

Available CTOTF Sponsor opportunities include:

Super Champion Sponsorship
Gives you the most face-to-face time with the Users, including "Ask an Expert" on Tuesday afternoon where you can present expert information on products you sell to Users.

Champion Sponsorship
Allows you to have additional time with Users with Sunday's Ice Breaker and Dinner Events.

Vendor Booth Only
Opportunity to have a booth at our Trade Show on Monday from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm.

SPONSOR DEFINED

Sponsorships for CTOTF™ is available to companies who work with Users currently operating, have under construction, or have a valid contract for delivery of combustion turbine units.

If you provide a service to a Power Plant, then you would be eligible to be considered a Sponsor or Vendor.

SPONSOR ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

SPONSOR/VENDOR ATTENDEE REGISTRATION OPTIONS

All CTOTF Sponsors and Vendors MUST register all attendees participating in CTOTF. This includes attendees from your company that will be booth staff, presenters, attending a roundtable/event, etc. If you have attendee inclusions in your package, you should receive a comp code to register them. Please reference your purchased sponsorship package for inclusions additional attendee costs. 

 

TRADE SHOW BOOTH INFORMATION

Power with Power Strip - CTOTF will supply the power and one (1) power strip to your booth. The trade show room will be carpeted.

Please note: The Drayage Company will reach out to you for your shipping and booth needs after you have selected your trade show booth. Once the trade show layout has been Fire Marshall approved, you will be contacted to select your booth. The order the booth selection process goes in is as follows:

CTOTF ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS
If you would like to submit an abstract for the CTOTF Conference, here are the steps:
  1. Decide which Roundtable you would like to submit an abstract for
  2. Go to the below button to access the Roundtable Leadership Chair Page
  3. Contact the Leadership Chair by using the provided contact information

    There is no specific deadline. Leadership Chairs will start preparing thier agendas 4-5 months prior to the CTOTF Conferences. Please contact the Leadership Chair member for more information.
