CTOTF 2025 Sponsorship and Exhibitor Booth Information

The Spring Conference will take place at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort in Daytona Beach, FL, on February 23 - 27, 2025

The Fall Conference will take place at the La Quinta Resort & Club, Curio Collection by Hilton in La Quinta, CA (near Palm Springs) on September 21 - 25, 2025.

Gives you the most face-to-face time with the Users, including timeslots where you can present expert information on products you sell to Users. Attend select sessions with Users and network at all evening events with Users.

Opportunity to have a booth at the Trade Show on Monday from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Meet and network with all Users during this time and make some great connections! Scan and download leads for this event.

SUPER CHAMPION / EXHIBITOR DEFINED

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Booths for CTOTF™ are available to companies that work with Users currently operating, under construction, or with a valid contract for delivery of combustion gas turbine units. You must have either a Sponsorship or Exhibitor Booth to attend the conference. We do not allow vendors to attend the conference or trade show otherwise. We also do not give out or share our exhibitor list with anyone.

If you provide a service to a power plant that uses gas turbines, you can be considered a sponsor or exhibitor. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.

SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

All CTOTF Sponsors and Exhibitors MUST register all attendees participating in CTOTF. This includes attendees from your company who will be booth staff, attending a roundtable/event, etc. Please take a look at your purchased sponsorship/exhibitor package for additional attendee costs. 

If you have a presenter who is not attending the conference and only speaking in a session, they do not need to register. Please send those names to meetinginfo@ctotf.org with the Session Name and Date of the Session.

 

TRADE SHOW BOOTH INFORMATION

Trade Show Hours:  5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

 Trade Show Booths Inclusions:
~ One (1) Trade Show Booth:
~ Super Champion Sponsors receive a 10'x10' trade show booth 
~ Exhibitors receive an 8'x8' trade show booth
All of your booth materials and signs must fit within your booth, and not flow out into the aisleway or another booth space.
~ One (1) 6' table
~ Two (2) chairs
~ Booth Name sign
~ Drapery behind and side of the booth
~ Wastebasket
~ Wireless Internet 

*A power strip is NOT included with your exhibitor booth at the trade show.

If you need additional tables, chairs, etc., you can order them through the Booth Company (additional cost for adds). If you need power at your booth, you can contact the hotel's AV (additional cost for AV). We will assist you in connecting with this person.

Once the Fire Marshall has approved the trade show layout, you will be contacted to select your booth. The booth selection process will flow as follows:

  1. SUPER CHAMPIONS
  2. EXHIBITORS

Please note: After you select your trade show booth, the Drayage Company will contact you for your shipping and booth needs. If you have not heard from the Drayage Company within two weeks of booth selection, please email sponsorinfo@ctotf.org.

 

CTOTF ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS
If you would like to submit an abstract for the CTOTF Conference, here are the steps:
  1. Decide which Roundtable you would like to submit an abstract for
  2. Go to the below button to access the Roundtable Leadership Chair Page
  3. Contact the Leadership Chair by using the provided contact information

    There is no specific deadline. Leadership Chairs will start preparing their agendas 4-5 months before the CTOTF Conferences. Please contact the Leadership Chair member for more information.
