CTOTF 2025 Sponsorship and Exhibitor Booth Information

The Fall Conference will take place at the La Quinta Resort & Club, Curio Collection by Hilton in La Quinta, CA (near Palm Springs) on September 21 - 25, 2025.

Super Champion / Exhibitor Defined:
Sponsorship and Exhibitor Booths for CTOTF™ are available to companies that work with Users currently operating, under construction, or with a valid contract for delivery of combustion gas turbine units. 

You must have either a Sponsorship or Exhibitor Booth to attend any CTOTF conference.

**Please note: We do not allow Vendors to attend the conference or trade show without having a Sponsorship or Exhibitor Booth for the conference.

**We do not give out or share our sponsor and exhibitor list with anyone. 

If you provide a service to a power plant that uses gas turbines, you are considered a vendor. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.

Super Champion Sponsorship
Gives you the most face-to-face time with the Users, including timeslots where you can present expert information on products you sell to Users. Attend select sessions with Users and network at all evening events with Users.

Exhibitor Trade Show Booth
Opportunity to have a booth at the Trade Show on Monday from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Meet and network with all Users during this time and make some great connections! Scan and download leads for this event.

Exhibitor Load-In

*Coffee provided during load in

 Trade Show Booths Inclusions:
~ Super Champion Sponsors receive a 10'x10' trade show booth
~ Exhibitors receive an 8'x8' trade show booth
All of your booth materials and signs must fit within your booth and not flow out into the aisleway or another booth space.
~ One (1) 6' table
~ Two (2) chairs
~ Booth Name sign
~ Drapery behind and side of the booth
~ Wastebasket
~ Wireless Internet 

*A power strip is NOT included with your exhibitor booth at the trade show.

If you require extra tables, chairs, or other equipment, you can order them from the Drayage Company at an additional cost. If you require power at your booth, please contact the hotel's audiovisual (AV) team, which will incur an additional fee. For more details, please review the Drayage Companies Information for the hotel AV contact.

After you have paid for your Sponsorship or Exhibitor Booth, we will provide you with the trade show booth layout for booth selection. The booth selection process will proceed as follows:

  1. SUPER CHAMPIONS
  2. EXHIBITORS

Please note: After selecting your trade show booth, the Drayage Company will contact you regarding your shipping and booth requirements. If you have not heard from the Drayage Company within two weeks of selecting your booth, please email us. sponsorinfo@ctotf.org.

    There is no specific deadline. Leadership Chairs will prepare their agendas 4-5 months before the CTOTF Conferences. Please contact the Leadership Chair member for more information.

After Sept. 11, the attendee registration rates increase by $25 per person, per event.
