CTOTF offers a chance to get your industry Leadership Certificate and hours that can be put toward your Professional Development Units (PDUs). Each CTOTF Conference provides 2-4 hours of Leadership training with allowable credits towards the certificate.

You will receive a certificate for your achievement once you complete forty hours of attendance at the Leadership Development Roundtable. These credits don't expire and will be added to your total if you attend each CTOTF Conference.
